They called me at 12:30 to tell me my cars done & ready for pick up , I get their and takes 30 mins to just bring my car out ? That’s supposedly already done … I left my car and came back for a reason because I didn’t wanna wait .. I would never bye a car from you guys again , because I already had issues when I brought this car from you guys the customer service sucked!

Juanita and Eric took great care of me and my vehicle. Juanita gave my concern the attention it needed. Eric accompanied me on a test drive, diagnosed and fixed my vehicle’s issue the same day when two other shops told me that the vehicle was normal.

Mr Lopez did a excellent job receiving me.
But when my car was finished serviced, it was parked on the side of the road, my driver window was completely open - with all my valuables in my vehicle - and no one handed me back my brand new just bought Highlander platinum - till I asked the cashier. This was very disappointing, as I have purchased 4! Cars from your dealership

The seatbelt in our 2015 Toyota Highlander got caught around our son and we had to cut it. This happened in March when the car was right at 80,000 miles, but we cause we didn’t have time to bring it till now they are saying it’s not covered. He could have been really hurt. He actually couldn’t breathe. We have been loyal Toyota customers (we just bought a 2019 Highlander), but I’m very unsatisfied.
I know this was not Michaels fault,but we had a service appointment for an oil change at 3:45. Didn’t get our car back until 6:30. Seems like an awfully long time to wait when having an appointment.
