Car not in service stall for an hour and 10 minutes after seeing Candace. She had to speak to someone. Waited 25 minutes for Candace to approach my car for write up. She took my $15 coupon toward service. Car wasn’t reset for new maintenance last visit I was in, so had to return and check it out. Got the brake fluid replaced this time also. So far ok turned 35000 miles on way home.

It would have nice if Olivia was present to explain in person what was done to my car when I was ready to pay at the cashier. It felt very impersonal especially when I spent over $400. I’m a business owner and I’m big on customer service and building relationships with my clients.
