Firsr time here after a referral from another dealership for an oil change. I was greeted by an older gentleman, checking me in and telling me to have a great day which was awesome. Then my service representative, Candace, came to me to serve me my needs and was graciously kind and professional towards my vehicle. She was considerate & informative towards my time there. She alerted me via text & phone call of the finished job and handled the whole transaction very smoothly. Definitely awesome service by the mechanic and my service representative, Candace. Thanks lady! :)

I left a note saying don’t roll windows down nd they did then took 3 hours for an oil change they also drove my car with the emergency break on I didn’t realize until I got home did not care about there customers
