I took in my Corolla to get an airbag light checked out. Jeremy helped me out and said it'd be 140 for a diagnosis. I said okay and sign paper work to allow it. Later that evening Jeremy called me and told me the fix for the vehicle is 70 or so. Or at least that's what I heard. And he told me to come in to do some paper work and get a rental. When I went in he was so dodgy and told me to wait for my shuttle to take me to enterprise. Not once did Jeremy tell me the Actual price or gave me papers to authorize the work. When I went back the next day to pick up my vehicle the total came out to a whopping 800!! And he advised me that he showed me paper work for the work that is going to be done and that I authorized it. He failed to show me paperwork and get my signature to authorize the work. I'd like to get the recording of the phone call and confirm. He told me he will get me the recording and have someone contact me. He has failed to get back to me and ignoring my call. I'm a very busy person and it's hard for me to go back in.

Horrible service, service advisor did not try to help me solve my issue and I was given attitude. Brought my vehicle to get serviced and was given back a car with issues I never had. Won’t be returning.
This is my first time to this Toyota of clairemont service. And Olivia told me that the wait is an hour to an hour and half. And I saw my car pulled out and drove it and park to the parking lot. I thought somebody will get it and drive it inside for the service. I noticed that my car never moved since then I was waiting for 2 hours for my car to be finished. Im thinking that they never do the inspection and the things that supposed to be do for the 5k service. What they did is to removed/reset the message in my car dashboard for maintenance message. I was so disappointed about this and I will never go back to this location again. They’re just fooling people about the service that they never made. I know it’s complementary that’s why they don’t do anything right? It’s my first time to get a Toyota Car and I thought I will be happy with the service. I even made an appointment for the service but it’s looks like I am just a walk in waited for 2hours that my car just parked at the parking lot and never do the service! So disappointed..

Scott was friendly, courteous, and checked my car in for service. Oscar was just as nice as Scott and called with an update on my vehicle. I appreciate their customer focused service.
Waiting almost 3 hours for oil change, even tho I made an appointment. Please help to fix this matter. I don’t think I want to come back for service. Thank you!
