Maintenance schedule called for an oil change but you decided not to do it because you recommend every 10,000 miles. Additionally, the 5,000 mile maintenance schedule includes the following, which were not listed as being done:
1) Inspect ball joints and dust covers
2) Torque propeller shaft bolt
3) Torque nuts and bolts on chassis and body
4) Inspect steering linkage and boots
I would like the maintenance completed as per the manufacturer's specifications. Now I have to make another appointment and lose another afternoon.
You guys had the vehicle for over a month and could not figure out the problem. You guys took the vehicle across the street to jeep. Instead of fixing the car making the customer happy ,you guys were more focus on the warranty claim on which dealer was going to take responsibility for the claim. The total time the vehicle in the shop was 5 weeks. Recently picked the vehicle up from jeep, and I have recently taken the vehicle back twice. Again, the “check engine light “ has went on again. Not satisfied at all.
Time and how long you are at your location. Told two to three hours took over six. Had to call three times hung up on when on hold. Couldn’t get any answer regarding my vehicle until I made contact with a manager. Then everyone started texting me. When told vehicle was ready after seeing cashier forty minutes later my vehicle arrived.
I continue to do business with Toyota Claremont because Jeremy Wright has earned my trust. I feel confident when I leave my vehicle knowing I can count on an honest appraisal of what needs to be done. Thank you, Sandra Z
I know you are “saving water “ by eliminating the “free “ car wash “ they used to have, but I really miss it.
When veh was done with service I was directed to cashier. Once done with cashier I was told to wait for my veh outside. As I waited, several veh were brought to customers who came after me. I waited for 30 mins and finally asked one of the drivers to check on my veh. He checked on my veh and found that my veh was never processed for release.

Wait times for service were very long.
I am very satisfied with the desk service and waiting room. But, when I booked the appointment on Labor’s day sale, I understood that the car wash was included in the service. I was disappointed when the car came back without it. :( All the rest was great! Thank you
