1, She is not friendly and unprofessional. 2, I have been there 10 minutes earlier than my appointment, but I have been waiting for more than 3 hours for a simple oil change. I will never be there again.
Candace was great however I was alarmed at seeing other service staff unmasked. Hopefully I won’t need service again anytime soon. It was not Candaces fault—she was wonderful!

I neglected to ask about checking the spare tire condition prior to my service. Maybe it would be better that the service representitive ask about if the customer would like the service personnel check the spare tire.
Horrible service. I was there for 3.5 hours not once did anyone update me.
