I expected my oil to be changed but was told they only Chang it every 10,000 miles. I don’t drive much and it has been almost a year so far. If it takes another 6 months I think that is too long for the oil to sit, synthetic or not.

I witnessed the mechanic who drove my truck to the back slammed my truck door, jostle the driver seat aggressively, and then sped off around the corner. I was on the fence about getting my truck serviced here, but just seeing how they handled it in plain sight doesn’t give me any confidence that they’re taking care of my truck in the back.

You took 40 minutes to get my paper work ready for my vehicle to be deliver, after you said it would take only 10 minutes. Then you left without having no one to follow up.
My appointment was at 10:15 AM. I was a little bit early upon arrival. I got my car back at 4:30 PM I asked them to check my brake hold and my lane deviation assist because neither were working. Six hours and neither of them were fixed I’m not sure I want to bring my vehicle back there
