We arrived early for our appointment and initially checked in for the appointment was good. But we sat in our car waited over 30 minutes for our advisor. We see cars that arrived after us went through but we are still left waiting. Hope you can improve your check in procedure to be more streamline and fair.

Candice has always been upfront and honest with the service needs of our vehicles. Part of the reason we bought our RAV4 almost 2 years ago from this dealership.
I had a 7 am appt and took a spot in the #2 appointment lane. As time passwd(15-20 mins) I watched as advisors took other cars and then proceeded to take cars from lane 1 appointment lane. And then in 10 mins they took4 more cars from the first la e. Leaving me ( waiting since 7 am) to wait longer. I had to flag an advisor to get my truck into the Que for me to leave to work. I did t expect this process to take mote thank 30 mins. And I was late to my job. Why would we make appointments at 7 am just to wait 45 mins.
I enjoyed the old way where the customer service came out to discuss your vehicle with you once serviced. Very impersonable now. Just a service call with no attachment. Guess that is what you want, quick in and out. Thanks for listening though realize nothing will change.
