This dealership has always done excellent work on my cars, all of which have been bought here, and they have been very reliable. As long as that continues and my questions are answered, especially about wait times, I will be a satisfied customer.

Efficient timely courteous
Luis was very attentive to my time constraints. It was a pleasure to be his customer.
The outrageous amount i had 2 pay, was more than what he told me it was gonna cost. And, it took over an hour & 1/2 just 2 find out what was wrong w/my car; and then after being told it would b only 40 min longer 2 fix it; it ended up taking 2 more hours 2 fix. So, I was there over 4 hours, w/no apologies or anything. So, I am not happy or satisfied at all!!
Ozzie's customer service was excellent. He answered questions before I asked. This is the 1st time I have ever leased a vehicle and he educated me on my next dealer visits. Great employee.

My experience was flawless; with the exception of picking up my vehicle. It should not take the same amount of time for a professional to perform the schedule maintenance that it takes for someone to get my parked vehicle and and bring it back to the service area so I can drive home. Bringing the vehicle back to the owner in my opinion should not take more than 5 minutes, especially on the weekends because I'm sure maintenance visits are back to back. All of the staff is very courteous, and I appreciate your guys's service, I only provide this to help you guys improve; not at all in an effort to just complain.
