Too long of a wait even with an appointment I was told it would take about 2-3 hours and it took 4:30 hours for me to pick up my car I called 3 times and was Piut on hold for a combined total of an hour and 20 with no update. Requested to speak with a mgr and never came to assist me very unsatisfied during to the fact that I miss an appointment due to the long wait

She was very understanding when I explained my problem to her on the phone. I had my car towed in and she went over my car problem, provided a Lift driver to take me home. The problem was fixe Lift driver provided to take me back to get my car. Olive was very helpful through all this
