I am an existing customer for this dealership. I am extremely disappointed 10-30/21 service. I believe service advisor has nothing to do with this. Service technician is absolutely unacceptable. Here are my complaints: 1: when car was delivered front hood was opened. 2: Since the hood was opened, I wanted check and found out fluids were all over spiled during the flush. It was not cleaned. 3: My passenger side rear wheel front had a small clip ( do not know the part name) was loose, apprently tech throw it away. In the past I bought that from your delar. 3: Car ownership information was changed. My name is Naser Ahmed. This service experience is UNACCEPTABLE.

I was satisfied with the work done today but advice Toyota to do a perfect job to avoid car recall every time. This recall is not good for business because it dampens Toyota owners enthusiasm and discourages potential buyers.
After I paid the cashier it took 30 minutes to get my car delivered. I asked 3 times how much longer it would be and the answer was there was a line of others waiting before me . I waited and waited I asked the cashier again how much more did I have to wait she took my invoice her self and found my keys at the station where no one was told I was waiting for my car. I’m not the only one waiting there was man who your workers could not find his car. I’m very upset my time is also important. I was thinking of purchasing a new Prius from Toyota but with service like that I’m having to think twice.
