Antonio did his job as far as I'm concerned. I bought a truck at your used lot that was not a Toyota certified vehicle. I brought it in for repairs for three different things already and all three things so far cannot be fixed under my bumper to bumper warranty or even the extended warranty I'm very disappointed also that I picked up my trunk and I have mold growing underneath my backseat and they're trying to tell me my leak is coming from my front window I don't understand. Also when I picked up my truck today I had water all over my front dashboard. I'm not understanding the situation. I would like for a manager to call me back. Or even my sales rep Jose Gomez.
I dropped off my vehicle at 10:15 a.m. I received a text that my vehicle was ready at 2:04 p.m. and when I dropped off my husband to pick up my vehicle he had to wait for over an hour because nobody there could find my vehicle. Finally, it was found and my husband was told that it had been mistagged. Having to wait for such a long time and not knowing where my vehicle was is unacceptable!
Kevin Alvarez was outstanding in his efforts to ensure I felt safe and comfortable while my 19 year old Corolla was being serviced. From the time my car was towed to Claremont Toyota by AAA to his final contact that my baby car was ready for pick-up, Kevin made me feel I was his only customer. The whole experience was truly memorable.
I waited 6 hrs 5o get an oil change, and my car's fluids were extremely low after I got my car back. ( after 6 hrs.) 1 LESS CUSTOMER. AT TOYOTA CLAREMONT.

I was told the oil change included tire rotation which was not done. I know this because I bought a miss-matched tire for the back passenger side 2 months ago after I bumped into a metal grate that slit my tire. This same tire remains in the same position which makes me wonder what else wasn’t completed.
