I have no complaints about the service that I was given. The only comment I would make is I am waiting for a part on a recall. I would think when there was a recall, there would be plenty of parts in stock so I wouldn’t have to come back a second time.

Kevin did his best to solve some unusual problems which occurred when I came to pick up my vehicle. These problems entailed Toyota losing the key to my car, and the vehicle having a flat tire upon delivery back to me. Kevin was very apologetic and worked to ensure my satisfaction in spite of these problems, all of which were eventually resolved.

This is my third Prius. I bought the first one (2008) from Glendora Toyota, the second (2018) and third (2021) from Claremont. . It seems that Claremont Toyota has gone downhill with the new ownership. Buying Prius #3 was not a pleasant experience, and I have never waited so long for a simple oil change as I did yesterday - nearly three hours. No one seems happy to be there- not any of the employees and especially this car owner. I will go to Glendora for service from now on, and will let other Toyota owners know.
