First, when I got to Toyota crevice center I was told by Hugo Ruiz that it’s my car won’t be done until 4:45 pm. It was fine with me cause my appointment with my bosses was at 5 pm and it would only take me 15 minutes to get to the meeting place. I’ve started calling my bosses to let them know that I’ll be late for 15 minutes. Here comes 5 pm and my car was not done until 5:30 pm. Why not give extra time to customers? If the estimate time is 4 hours then tell customers that it takes 5 hours instead. Customers would be happy if it’s done earlier than what they expect.
Secondly, it was listed in the paperwork that my tires are dry rotten. But no one spoke to me how bad it is and if my vehicle needed a new tires badly or not. Someone should have come a talked to me about the tires.
It is a very bad customer service.

Very bad experience with the first 3 visits. They never filled up the windshield washer fluid on my 3 visits. Yesterday I check all the fluids my self after they gave me the Corolla. The windshield washer fluid was empty.I went to the service advisor and told her what happened she went out side and she drove the vehicle to the shop and they didn’t fill it up. Looks like she just went around the building to make me think that they put the fluid which they didn’t do. I just check it this morning and it’s still the same. I am not happy at all with the service. I will no longer be going back there for my Corolla, Venza, and Highlander.
After receiving my car back from routine mileage maintenance, I found that my driver side floor matt was missing. I searched my whole car and the matt was nowhere to be found. An employee named Anthony provided me a paper floor matt, but we never found my matt. Also, the hood to my car was left ajar/unlocked. It was already nighttime, so I didn’t notice until the next day.

Christina was really helpful and allowed me to use my coupon savings. She made sure my car was serviced and she also met me know what important jobs I need to do within a month or so. Overall , great service. The wait was a bit long though - perhaps there was short staffing on a Tuesday.
