Strange that a Tundra had a major service issue so early. Hopefully the new Differential lasts as long as it should. Thank you for taking care of it so quickly, much appreciated!

I went in for a simple oil & filter change. And it took almost two hours from arrival to departure. When I do my own services; it only takes me 20 minutes to complete the same work. The oil drain plug and filter are easily accessible so I do not understand my it takes two hours for the same service, even with an appointment I made 5 days earlier. Your technicians are extremely slow in performing a simple oil and filter change. If you believe this is acceptable then your customer service needs improvement.

The Clairmont Toyota Family continues to bring their “A” game. The safety of my family is always present when on their grounds. Jeremy tells me it’s just how we do things here at Clairmont Toyota when I repeatedly tell him “you make me feel that I am VIP”, when it comes to providing an appointment that fits my hectic schedule, or suggestions of when to move a maintenance forward in the schedule to be sure I can count on my Toyota getting me and mine where we need to go. Candace has done a great job communicating with me and letting me know when my service was done. My appointment was not till 9am, I showed up early and was able to get my truck in and get it done in a timely manner.
