Have an appointment for oil change at 9:30am and done the paperwork at 9:34am told them that I'll be waiting. Waited and oil changed done and out by 12:24pm. Job seems like a rush after I ask him if my car ready then after 15 minutes, done.

Someone left a used clear shower cap on the floor on the passenger side and when they brought my car to me it was wet on the outside I asked if someone could dry it and I was told the dryer broke?
