After 20 k maintenance was complete I picked my truck up to find oil pouring out from the skid plate and come to find out the oil filter gasket ripped.. if it wasn’t caught I would’ve drove off and my engine would’ve blown by the time I got home .. that can’t happen and should not happen.. a more detailed over view at the end of service should be done before given back to customer

I work in Pico Rivera, I decided to drop off my car the night before it was the only time I had a ride. I was in traffic for 2 hours I am aware I showed up 10 min till closing however to be ignored and be given dirty looks by your staff and not have 1 person approach me asking if I needed help was surprising to me. I was lied in and made eye contact with all the service writer and was not acknowledged. I waited and asked a gentleman for help he apologized for no one help and he brought Micheal to me. I want to say Michael was amazing so polite and less than 5 min I was out. I want to thank him for helping me even tho I showed up so close to closing. The rest of the staff should learn on customer service from him.
Actually called to see if you guys could fix my Tire. I went yesterday to get my oil change and Service Rotate tires etc and When I left immediately my Put air in my tire came up on my back right tire didn’t put air in in thinking they must of forgot to put air in 1 the next morning it was flat

Yes … i had an excellent experience with Ozzy or Ossy .. he is a very nice , kind, polite , know his job and update me via text and voice mail of the status of my car and my car was done in no time at all…
