My mom and I had an appointment at 1:45 and we waited for 1 hour before some one came to help us, while 8 cars that came after us got helped out and their cars got moved to service shop, until I got out of my car and asked what's going on, one service guy said that they forgot about us, that our service advisor did not come out to check on us.

Very easy and painless process for the recall fix, luckily I live close by and it was even easier. Very professional staff, and they got the job done.
I was very pleased with Phillip Tarin in the service department. I was unhappy about having to return twice to get the service completed. I was also unhappy that the shuttle home was stopped. I do not use Lyft nor Uber.
Juanita was very professional and took care of me. I will definitely be back because of her.
I am not a fan that Toyota didn’t let me know that iOS update required me to purchase new iPad and iPhone to continue to work with Toyota Connect service. That seems to be a lack of support for we the consumer. This should be a legal requirement for failure to warn. I may seek council for this!
