I purchased my vehicle 6 months ago and paid cash. I purchased extended warranty and Alarm system. I was quite upset with the way I was treated by The person that answered the phone and the service agent. It was about a key that I received from the dealership. I had to have my car towed and could not get confirmation it arrived there. I was able to speak to the manager and he assured me this will not happen again. I’m very happy with the dealership and hope this was an isolated incident
Luis was very helpful. He was professional , answered all our questions and concerns with a smile. He didn’t make us wait any longer than he needed to. We were very pleased

Mr. Wright has been the go to service advisor in my family. I appreciate him very much. My young son had to take over things I normally took care off while I was dealing with a medical issue.

Representative was not clear and I felt pressured to get work done that wasn't needed. A second quote came in 1,000 less for the same work.
