Phillip was wonderful! The service was done in a timely matter. The issues occurred when I came to pick up my vehicle. I went to the old location of the cashier and the girl told me that the new location for paying was around the corner. A went around around the corner and I could not find the new cashier anywhere only to finally asked Phillip and he said you have to go out the doors to the other building. Around the corner was not a good explanation of where I was supposed to go pay. I waited in line and paid for my service. Went outside to wait which is usually a 5 to 10 minute wait when I have service done at Claremont Toyota and waited well over 35 minutes noticing that everybody who was behind me in the cashier line already got their cars. I finally had to flag down a technician and ask him where my car was that I have been waiting over 35 minutes in 95 heat outside. About 10 minutes later my vehicle showed up, the technician apologize and was kind of laughing saying I hope it doesn’t ruin your day. No it didn’t ruin my day but I seriously doubt if I’ll be returning to Claremont Toyota.

I had my appointment at 8:15 am and they last more than 5 hours doing an oil change they gave me the truck until 1:30 pm and they did not have the delicacy to say why so long, I asked and nobody knew how to give me an answer it was something unheard.

I bought windshield wipers today before and I had them in my trunk the lady raise my windshield wiper and I asked her I have the windshield wipers in the trunk she said they will put it on for me and I put them in the car and they did not put them on don't say that we can't do it a gun in myself when I got home
