The wait to drop off and pick up my car were long even though I had an appointment. Also, I was sent a message to pay even though it was supposed to be covered by Toyota care. I paid it since I was sent the bill and asked about it when I got to pick up my car. It was then refunded, but this added to the wait time and seems like it maybe could be avoided.

Osvaldo helped me be able to get my cars tire fixed within the day when the tire wasn’t even in stock at the service center. He was very helpful and alerted me throughout the day on the progress of my car.
