Hi. I was very happy with my advisor Phillip Tarin but to be honest the day that I dropped off my car there seemed to be short in help so there was a little bit of a wait & in a way I felt a bit rushed. Upon picking up my car when my car was brought to me I asked the person who brought me my car if I could ask him a few questions about my car since the car is pretty new for me & he informed me that he would go & get a service advisor & after 30 minutes waiting I ended up leaving. Also prior to my appointment I had left 3 messages to see how much a detail wash of the car would cost me but NOBODY ever returned my call which I was pretty disappointed about.

Other than the millions of ants my newly purchased 2016 Sequoia was infested with, I am very satisfied with the efficient buying process, professional sales guy Imber Rojas and especially the cleaning crew who worked hard to rid my SUV of the ant infestation. Thanks to all of you.

I was pretty hard on Scott...he CAN'T control parts and the rest of the planet too! My AC blows cold and I am back in my van. My job is to make sure you guys have the parts before I leave my wheels for "rejuvenation". I am happy. Also tired... Thanks guys. Great job.

Everything with the service and service writer was great. What I was unhappy with was when I got there for my appointment a few minutes early I had to wait nearly 25 minutes until the service writer showed up. In the meantime the line behind me grew to at least 10 cars. When I got there the line was about 3 cars in front of me. When you make an appointment you expect to be take promptly. I can’t imagine how long some of those people had to wait behind me.

I was promised 1hr30mins time not exceeding 1130hrs. I was returned car after 1230hrs. I requested at multiple points (to service advisor and later to cashier also) that my name in profile is spelled wrong. I see in the survey request it is still incorrect.

Luis was very professional and knew my vehicle’s service history and gave me excellent service. He described what was to be done and what was covered under my plan. He did not try to get me to make any unnecessary purchases. I appreciate that very much!
