I brought my vehicle in at scheduled appointment time of 1:00. I wasn’t seen by an advisor for 20+ mins. There were plenty of advisors available but were eating, walking past customers without acknowledgment. I never received a text to come pick up my car. Called service several times without connecting with anyone. I chose to go to the dealership to see if my vehicle was ready. Picked up vehicle. Parts were ordered under warranty but not by the advisor who helped. He ended up leaving for the day without contact on day of service and did not receive call post service pertaining to parts and warranty work.
Jess should be re-trained.
Candace has been great to work with! She always greets me with a smile and makes sure my needs are taken care of. I recently started to ask for Candace, before I would allow any consultant to help me, but I like how she does business, so I opted to keep asking for her! Thank you!

Service took too long without updates to customer. The car coolant was broken after 3 weeks of full service at the Claremont Toyota. Don’t know if they actually did work or check on the vehicle or not . So disappointed!
No car wash service, two tires are not inflated, completely dissatisfied with this service
I m really disappointed with cleremont Toyota dealer because my truck has a air conditioning expansion valve problem,that until now they can’t fix it after two times that I took it to the dealer and I took my truck for third time for service and they didn’t change the engine oil, that is important part of the service of a vehicle so if they don’t fix them in the next couple months I gonna get a lawyer and take the problem to the court.
