Chris Pinedo was very helpful & very friendly. Once he met me, he immediately took care of what needed to be done with my car. He also explained what has been done & what need to be done on my next trip to Subaru for maintenance. I was very please that it was done in a timely matter.

Alex and the team were super responsive and communicative. This was probably the smoothest experience I’ve ever had with getting work done on my Forester. I should note that I had trouble scheduling an appointment until I actually contacted the dealership service department directly. Initially when I called, I was connected to a service scheduling representative (assuming off site) who had some technical difficulties, said they’d call back and never followed up.
