Asked for a quote for engine and cabin air filters at the parts counter and they gave me the wrong part numbers - I would have bought filters right there if they gave me the right thing at a competitive price. When I checked in, Chris asked if “a car wash [after my oil change] was ok, I said “yeah that’s be great!” but they didn’t wash the car. I wanted to make a coffee but the coffee maker was in non-stop use by staff. Otherwise service was incredibly fast - which is huge - and Chris was great. Overall positive experience, but I wasn’t “completely satisfied.”

The service technician Chris was there to greet me and take care of me and my car. After a short wait Chris went over the multipoint inspection on what my car needed soon and the next maintenance schedule. My car was washed and ready for me to be on my way. I am very satisfied. Thank you!
