Alex was great! Explained things to me clearly and competently, updated my vehicle’s computer to rid it of the glitches I’d been experiencing and evaluated my car’s readiness for an upcoming road trip. I definitely feel confident about getting on the road after this service appointment! Was also super grateful for the nice clean car that was returned to me because it was very dirty from recent storms and bug from night driving.
