Jesus Herrera took such good care of me by communicating the 21 point check to me, greeting me with his million dollar smile, and even went a step further by answering my questions and demonstrating how to accomplish this. At this point, the only reason we come to the dealership is because of the service department! Both Heather Trammell this morning and the young lady and gentleman that checked us out this afternoon, were all friendly, professional and positive employees!!! They should train your sales and management team how to treat and take care of your customers!!! I’ve been in customer service for 53 years! If my wife decides to purchase another Subaru, unless something changes in sales dept. we’ll probably purchase elsewhere but still utilize the service department! The service department deserves 6 out of a 5 star rating!!! I hope they receive this recognition!!!
Alex Shuster provides a level of service that is beyond excellent. He does whatever it takes to solve problems with the vehicle and communicates consistently, clearly, and respectfully. I cannot say enough good things about Alex. Really impressive.
