Chris was extremely helpful during the thermostat problem on my car. I spoke with him on the phone before leaving Texarkana he assured us we would be fine driving to Rockwall and if needed what to do in case the check engine light should begin to blink.
He was waiting for our arrival, did the code check and assured us the car would be ready Friday. Loaned us a car to finish our trip to Alvarado. Contacted me when the car was ready Friday. Kudos to Chris and your people in the service department!!
You offer $59.95 coupon for an oil change but how come I got out of the dealership at $75. The technician had to make sure that the coupon says something to make it seem that they can charge extra for the customer to pay! The whole interaction seems shady since on my WXR in the summer, I paid with the same coupon at $65 at the door. We get that taxes and disposal is not part, but that seems excessive.
The service reps are all friendly and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable. The repair was fast.

I wasn’t completely satisfied because I thought the recall item was going to be completed during my scheduled maintenance service visit, but it wasn’t due to the dealership not having received the part(s) from Subaru. It would have been nice if someone could have given me a heads up with the calls and texts I received a couple of days before my visit. I now have to reschedule another appointment, but I don’t know when that will be since I don’t know when the part(s) will be received by the dealership. Other than this, I was completely satisfied with the service I received today.

Jesus Herrera went above expectations as he listen to my concerns about call center not forwarding my request for a service advisor phone call. He took care of everything for the 42,000 mile maintenance and then went over new videos of work as well as the report.
