Sent my car in for the ac fan motor to be replaced and also have the drive line looked over. Got the car back and the clutch is slipping in all gears and un drivable.
Hands down the worst service I've had ever from any dealership. Car was dirty when we got it back and half the work was not completed.

Fast, friendly what more could you ask for
I pulled into the service bay and waited in my car for 15 minutes. A guy came to me and said a service guy would be by soon. No one came, so I got out of the car and waited. Then a service guy told me they were very busy and to go wait inside. A few minutes later he came and talked to me.
Alex is always awesome to work with. I worked with him before at Ewing Subaru and I'm glad we both moved to Norm Reeves. I would easily rate him a 10/10.
