I was very happy with the service! They even found another software update so I did not have to make another appt in the future. Very satisfied with the service. As far as the updates, my car is still under warranty. Not happy if I had to pay if it was not. I bought a new car to not have problems this early. It is only 1 year old:(. I brag on Subaru but have to think twice about that in the future. Just being honest from a previous Toyota and Honda owner. I hope I can still brag about Subaru in the future.

I have visited the Subaru in Rockwall four different times all four issues with my car battery. Each time they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and replaced the car battery and now that my vehicle is out of warranty, they want to put in the effort to figure out what the real problem is because my car has killed three different batteries at this point within a year and a half. Either this dealership has dropped the ball on handling the maintenance of my car correctly, or they have willfully chosen to put me in a position where I’m going to have to pay for repairs instead of them being covered by a warranty.
