Communication even between departments was horrible. Service seemed to take longer than expected and then got higher prices for the service being completed. Then to top it off and get home an hour away and find that my high and low ac ports are missing the caps. Leaves much more to be desired from the workmanship and overall quality of the service center.
Sandra and Alex were very helpful. They both need a raise for how well they treat customers!
