I was at you facility for 3.5+ hours for a completely normal service appointment. This is excessive for a scheduled appointment without any indication of how long it would take to change break pads for only two tires.

My visit was to have my first oil change after having the short block engine replaced back in May. Alex Schuster is very professiona, friendly and takes good care of my Forester. He took the time to checked underneath the engine while the car was being serviced to check for any oil leaks. He did not see any. That was very important to me. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you!
On customer service side, everything was perfect. Alex was really nice, understanding and took care of everything.
I do have one suggestion, the complimentary rental that I drove had no blind spot indicator and it's left window was covered with a big info sticker. This essentially blinded me to my left blind spot and required special attention on my side to change lanes. It would be greatly appreciated if that is fixed somehow.
