Alex went above and beyond to take care of me! I was in a bind because I needed to get my car fixed, but I needed to get to my final exams at SMU. Because of Alex's dedication to service, he put me into a loaner vehicle and discovered my car was in a worse state than I thought. Alex and the Service Team fixed my Impreza and maintained a competitive rate for the repair! Had I taken it somewhere else, I would have spent more on the repair without the quality.
