There are no visible outlets to recharge cellular devices, it would be nice if there were outlets in the waiting areas .

I was completely satisfied. Everyone was so pleasant. Jeff let me use a loaner since it took longer than expected to take care of all the recall issues. I hoe someday to purchase another Rav 4. I plan on passing my 2006 Rav 4 Sport to my son.

I feel that making an appointment i useless. Mine was for 2pm, To get my tire repaired. I had a nail in my tire and needed a plug. I was checked in at 150pm by a not to friendly staff member. He seemed annoyed that i interupted whatever he was doing. I watched my truck being driven back to where they do the work at 155pm. I didnt get my truck back until 435 pm. The woman that helped me was very nice and didnt charge me for the job done(double the price than the competition) which was very kind of her. This was my third time taking my truck here and the second bad experience. Lesson learned. I will not be taking my truck there again. I am still under warranty and would rather drive further and pay for better service at discount tire etc...

My only concern is I didn’t get a multi-point check sheet. I always received the check sheet in the past. Did not realize I didn’t have one until I was home.
