I don’t understand the wait time for a simple oil change/tire rotation. I waited for 2.5 hours and had an appointment. If there’s a problem in the department of not enough mechanics, don’t schedule so many. This was the 3rd time I’d had to wait an extremely long time. We’ve already traded one Toyota for a Ford, considering trading this for a place that offers great service to loyal customers.
I could not be more pleased. Lisa was amazing as well as the whole Toyota team. Lisa constantly kept me updated. Very professional and most pleasant throughout my whole experience.
Had a small hick-up but he quickly made it right & for that Jeffrey is alright with me !

I appreciate how quickly Jeff got my car repaired today. I appreciate the service from Toyota, and their prompt remedy for the recall on the fuel pump.
At times, the wait is too long. But, the service is usually good.

I was scheduled for a recall. Dropped off at 745a. Added an oil change and tore rostro. Never got a call when car was ready. I called for an update. Couldn’t get one from anyone. Showed up at 3 to pick up my truck only to find out the part needed for the recall was not in stock. The appointment was for the recall. Was told come back Thursday. The repair will only take 5minutes. Come back for repair, ends up being 45min because my key was lost. Found it in another car. Also had to pay for my 20k service after all that and my service plan was only up 25k miles or 2 years which I’m just over 2 years on a 3 year lease. Not a great experience. My truck was here a few months ago for 6 weeks for another recall also. Not been great.
