Mr. Blunt always take my car in without a scheduled appointment. Any quote he gives me is what I lay when I pick up my vehicle. He always return my calls, emails, or text.
I have used this dealership from the day I bought my car four years ago. I usually don’t have issues but this particular visit I felt like it was one thing after another. I dropped my car off and one of the techs told me to go inside and get signed in, so I went inside told the advisor I wanted to get my oil change, my tires rotated, and get my brakes checked and that my tire pressure light was on if that could be looked into as well. I signed for the services and gave my keys over. A after leaving the dealership not even ten minutes later I get a call from a completely different advisor asking what services I was getting on my car...... This situation was very unprofessional considering I literally just left and told the previous advisor what services I needed. When telling the new advisor about my tire light she wrote it off as being the cold weather , which I know the air will fluctuate with the cold weather,being that my tires are on warranty I still want them checked because it wasn’t like one day it was on then off it was on for days. In October I got my car serviced and had a pretty big transaction and even asked that my brakes be check then which they were not and if they were I was never told. So I asked the advisor to give me a full itemized list of what needed to be done on my car because I don’t feel as though that hasn’t been communicated effectively to me so the advisor got me one which was awesome but when I asked why I wasn’t getting these reports she said not all advisors do it... At 3:30pm I randomly check my email and I see one from the dealership that was from 1:36pm saying my car was ready to be picked up?! I never received a call so I called and spoke with an advisor and he said my car was ready. Then the advisor I that I spoke with that morning on the phone calls and said my car was ready so I asked her why I didn’t receive a call until two hours after my car was ready, she stated it was a new system that sent on notifications immediately which is fine but if my car is ready I want to be notified immediately especially since I dropped in off at ten in the morning and was having someone bring me to get my car. When I get to the dealership to pick up my car usually the advisors go over the total and let you know all the services that were completed I didn’t get that she just told me the total. After looking at the total bill I realized I was charged for a tire rotation when I bought my tires through this dealership so I should have been charged. I told the advisor and she said you are supposed to tell the advisor you drop off with that it’s under warranty... I have never had to tell anyone about my warranty it’s on file. So I told her I spoke with someone else when I dropped off then I spoke with her and told her my tires were under warranty and that I bought them just in October. So she told me I would have to have a seat while she got someone to help her with the refund and she did and I got them refund. This entire trip was a back and forth if people not knowing what was going on and it honestly made my really frustrated with this dealership. I have been a loyal customer and have only used y’all but honestly if I have anymore issues like this past visit I will be finding a new location to go to.
The service always exceeds expectations. I usually deal with Edward (I think) or Jeff. Great guys doing what they know. Very customer savvy, not pushy. I will continue to use these guys fir the life of my Camry
4 hrs to wait for an oil change is ridiculous. Then to leave finally with a list of almost $1000 of needed work was even more outrageous. Have used your services since 2005 and this was the worst.

Good day. Quick service. I had planned on the service to take the most part of the day but was finished before lunch. Shuttle service was prompt and pleasant also.
As a first time service customer I was completely confused on the procedure I should follow when I arrived. I was not sure if I should just sit in my car outside and wait on someone come out and talk to me or if I should go inside.
Jeff didn't waist any time when it came to him ordering the part I needed. The service was quick and excellent and I didn't have to a long time, only about 30 minutes. I love my Toyota. My next vehicle will be a Toyota.
When I come in I try to only see Mr. Lindsey because he is a people person and is always so nice & explains things so well. He is surely an asset to your team.
