Shortly after scheduling my appointment, I started receiving emails that made no sense to me. This morning I received a receipt for a $1.00 payment that I did not make. If I owe you the $1.00 I will be glad to send it to you. Thank you for the service you provided to me.
I sent my 4 runner in for my last service before the warranty runs out. My son brought it in for me. He said that the rear view mirror on the driver side was broken and would cost from $450 to $550 to replace. I snapped the part back in place in less than a minute. I feel like you were trying to take advantage of me. I’m not happy at all. I have bought 4 vehicles from you in the past 7 years. I expect better treatment.
The only thing that i dont like about coming in is that you always want to offer me a trade in. If I am ever interested in trading my car in i will let you know. As far as my sercice from Mr. Lindsey Blunt it is always exceptional!
