AJ and the entire service team were great as usual! I was greeted quickly and warm when arriving. The dealership was clean and I was able to work while by car was being serviced. I got my car back timely and it was cleaned and serviced as expected.
AJ was really professional and went beyond to make sure all the as taken care of and I was satisfied. In fact all the staff that I encountered there so far were extremely courteous, professional and helpful. Really good experience.
Lack of communication amongst service team and team who answers the main phone number. . No greeting as entered the service center. No one returned four phone calls. On a good note, the courtesy Driver twas very professional and polite. Also, the service bay is pristine clean.
