The Customer service is horrible. I run 13 physical therapy clinics regional manager and if my front desk staff showed the disrespect they did at Audi I would fire them on the spot. Never once did they apologize or try to make the situation better. And when I asked them about why I never got a call back the response was you didn’t text me back I didn’t want to bother you. I already wrote a Google review and have been telling all of my patients and staff about the horrible experience I had. And i never complain I am the nicest easy going person.
