I have called them there many times to get a hold of my service representative and she never return my phone calls and on top of that when I dropped off the car that you guys let us use why our car was being worked on the next day I called in the morning to to her and she never returned my phone call I finally got a phone call in the afternoon in our car was ready so I came by about 430 5 o’clock and I made sure I filled up the tank of gas I did not take a toll road but when I returned it I Astor do I owe anything she said no then the next day today the 13th I got charge $22.47 and I called to find out why. And she never gave me a call back I left messages time and time again finally in late afternoon she finally talk to me that is not really good service good service is to satisfy your customers that means return the phone calls when you get them. I thought I having the Audi that we will get good service like one we had the Mercedes they gave us first class service and I thought Audi was supposed to be the same thing hopefully you could change my mind if you need to talk to me you can call me at ****-****-xxxx I really do appreciate it thank you

Giancarlo is great. He does a really good job. I was not satisfied because diagnosis was so expensive and we decided to leave the emergency brake light on. I think this price was excessive when no work was actually done. Also I felt very uncomfortable that several employees did not keep masks on or request customers to put their masks back on when they took them off.
