Change my battery. Even though, he was not my initial service person. When he saw me, he approached to say hi. He asked what had happened to the
Car? I told him that it was about changing the Battery. I had been advised would take 4 hours to be ready and I had an appointment at 11:15 am. He asked me to wait and went inside and got the item fixed in a few minutes. I drove to my very important meeting and arrived there on time. All because he approach to say hi.
