Giancarlo did a good job and is terrific the service technician who did the initial repair didn’t do a good job of cleaning the engine. With the coolant drop and the dirt and debris necessitated me to think the repair didn’t work so I brought the car back for a recheck

Steve Meyer was great as always. Very accommodating to my needs and always professional. Stop requiring masks! If Audi “believed the science” they’d see masks are useless. I will be taking my business somewhere where my rights aren’t trampled on if asked to “mAsK uP” next visit.
