We had discusses the car to be washed and vaccines inside.
But that was don’t done. Outside wash was also not done properly and there was no vacuuming done inside.
Not impressed at all with this.
I am assuming the service has been performed. No way for me to tell anything on the mechanics. I can only see superficial items.

I was very Impressed with Rodrigo he was very good with all communication. I was very impressed with Luana Cruz and Lakeshia Barther they both true professionals and were very kind and prompt in helping and answering questions. Excellent service by them. I did not like the service by Nikki Johnson she was very unfriendly, left me standing there , and truly looking very much like she did not want to be bothered. Thankfully for Lakeshia who saw me waiting she came inside to help me check out. If she did not show up I may have been left there awhile. Not very good customer service skills of Ms Johnson.
My reservation was not in the system; and there was no loaner. I waited 3 hours for my car. I was told that I would be asked to approve any additional work that was identified during service before it was performed. There was additional service performed that I was not aware of until I received my bill.

Luana was great, the courtesy loaner was great,and the problem was fixes under warranty. The only thing that kept it from being perfect, was if my car was washed when it was returned to me.
It was an A-1 experience.
