Aaron was exceptional. I had been told the day before that I could walk in without an appointment for 15K service, but should expect at least an hour’s wait. I did walk in and Aaron admitted they were extremely busy but would try to accommodate.They got me out the door in less than 45 minutes with a smile. I have been extremely satisfied with both sales and service at Fernelius (both Cheboygan and SSM). Thank you!!
The appointment was right on time was told that the work will take about an hour it was actually less than an hour very satisfied with all sales people and service Personnel.
