No need to call me. I had my appointment at 715 this morning cause I had to be at work. Earlier the better. Well I usually get to work by 9:00-9:930 so I figured that I’d be completely in the clear. Well I was still at Toyota. They did an oil change and a 6 month service of tire rotation and checking my fluids. Why make an appointment and then have to pay $90 something dollars to not be in work on time. It’s frustrating. I can understand later in the day if the techs get backed up but my appointment was first thing this morning.

I appreciate how accommodating and friendly the people at Runnemede Toyota are. From my first call to ask for assistance, to the service on my vehicle, to the completion of the transaction. I just loved the service from beginning to end. Michael had a smile and conversed with me about his children and mine. He was so nice. And my vehicle needed dome things but they never over do it like some other mechanics in the industry. I plan on making thus shop our home for vehicle maintenance and repair.
