Service was fine. However, they left the plastic on the drivers seat and dirty paper mat in the car for me to dispose of. I haven’t had to do that before. Would rather it was taken out. Thank you.

I will request Chuck every time my van needs servicing because he is trustworthy with respect to troubleshooting issues and efficient with respect to keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. Chuck’s patience and pleasant disposition are also reasons why I would request him. He is an asset to the Toyota franchise; he values the customer and will go to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. A service manager like Chuck deserves recognition for displaying so much pride in a company that has such high standards in the automotive industry.

Chuck is consistently amazing! Every time I go to Toyota of Runnemede, he provides fantastic service. Every. Single. Time. I have been a customer there for over 13 years, and Chuck always has a great attitude and is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand, and I always leave feeling like me & my RAV4 were taken care of by the best. Thank you!!
