I was very disappointed with the level of service and care. We explained what we thought the problems were and we never got to the bottom of the because of an issue with the battery. When we picked up the car, the covers to the battery and engine were sitting on the passenger seat. I had my old Highlander and others cars serviced over many years. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

I didn't need a fuel injection service. It is recommended to get it done every 60,000 to 90,000 miles. My mileage is 42,522.

Came in for service and told services i heard a noise coming from the back drivers side of the truck. Was told it was the spare tire chain. When I got home I moved the chain all around and that is not the noise

I was happy with the service however I was surprised that there was no “next service due” sticker installed on the windshield . Also I was expecting that the car was due for additional service such as tire rotation,check brake linings,etc. I bought this car for my daughter and she took it in for the service . I don’t think that anybody offered to do this but I don’t think that it was offered . I’m hoping to continue having the car serviced at your dealership,however you guys may have missed out on additional business. I realize that this car was purchased used at your dealership but my daughter is hoping to upgrade to a new Toyota in the future,as she builds her credit. Until that happens,she needs to maintain this vehicle. Thanks ????

I think this was an off day. Didn’t seem like the service department had enough staff today. I felt bad for the service advisors that were working today. It seemed like it was very busy and they were overwhelmed. I texted, called and emailed to find out the update on my car. I dropped it off at 9am and didn’t hear any response until 3:30pm but it didn’t matter because I ended up picking my car up prior to this time. The service that I requested was completed according to my invoice. I haven’t driven it far yet but hoping all runs smoothly. Normally they try to sell me additional service but they were so busy that I don’t think they had time to sell anything today which I didn’t mind at all. Just tell me what is imperative now and fix it. Hope for the sake of your service department that they hire more people or schedule accordingly so the current employees don’t get burnt out, stressed out and mentally fatigued. Thank you to Michael Joyce for doing the best he could today under the working conditions he was unfortunately handed. He deserves a raise after what he had to deal with and was pleasant through the process.

It was a little unsettling on the lack of employees properly wearing their masks. Most of them had them down under their noses and some even had them on their chin like that was actually doing anything. And that was on the main sales floor the service center all has theirs on properly.

I’m the 2nd owner of the car and this was my first time at ur dealership for service. Very professional and a positive experience. While I was waiting a few of the sales personnel and others asked if I was being helped. That was impressive to me. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks
