Charlie did not check me in; my appointment was set by Nicole in parts, who was absolutely wonderful. Another gentleman checked me in and sent me to the waiting area. Charlie “Chuck” checked me out. He found me, told me my car was ready and sent me to the cashier.

No one greeted me when I went to pick up my car. Staff were hanging out unmasked. I was asked if Big Foot was real rather than provided information about my car. Then I had to go find my car, randomly parked in the back row of the lot. I've been coming here for over 15 years and never been treated so poorly. Thoroughly disgusted.
