I was totally satisfied with the service
I had an appointment for a 25K service at 11:45am on 5/29. When I dropped my vehicle off I was told an hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. Went next door to sit down for lunch and made sure to be back by 12:45. Got back and my vehicle still was not even in the garage. I asked and come to find out by 1:40 pm my vehicle had still not been started on, two hours after my appointment. I was continuously told “about 20 more minutes”.... not even close. Finally received my vehicle at about 2:10pm and had now wasted my entire day. I had a flight scheduled for 2:30pm to get home to see my family for the long weekend and missed it. Had to drive 6 hours instead in order to be home because of how long you took. Would have had plenty of time to make it if it was done by 12:45-1:00 like I was told. Considering the service department is where dealerships are making their money, it’s pretty unacceptable to be misleading customers about wait times.
Charles was awesome! I was impressed with the communication around my car. I felt he was honest and that is important. It was great to be able to get calls and text communications. Charles was responsive and explained things so I could understand them. I will definitely start coming to Toyota regularly for my service after this experience. Im very happy!
Everyone was very nice and the service was good but it took 2.5 hours for minor service. From what I was told, there isn’t a way to limit appts so you don’t get backed up. I don’t fault any of the employees but I would have rescheduled or left my car if I knew it was going to be so long.
The service itself was likely fine, nothing was explained to me when it was completed though. Nothing could have been done for all I know. Also, my appointment time was 10am, I arrive about 5 minutes early was greeted by a man with an attitude because I didn't know how services worked at this location, as I am new to the area and am not familiar with this dealership. After THREE HOURS of waiting without any communication from the staff my car was finally "done" .. again, I have no idea what was done but the rude man and the rude cashier didn't tell me anything. Maybe I got an oil change? Maybe my tires were rotated? Maybe someone drove my car around south jersey for 3 hours... maybe it just sat in the parking lot? The rude guy then told me some story about how the computer scheduling system messed up and double booked. I don't believe that, and if it is the case - it should have been communicated. Needless to say, I will never return to this dealership.

Brought car in for its first 5000 miles service. 2 hours for this regular service is unacceptable. And no communication from service manager except delayed texts that were meaningless. This was one of the worse experience I have ever had with Toyota. Very disappointed in my manager. Starting my search into other places to take my car.

My bill said that the tire pressure was checked. When I checked the tire pressure the pressure in the tires was inconsistent. This let me think if you can't check the tires correctly what else did you miss.
