Made a 8:00 am appt . To fix a tire leak. It took 2 hrs to patch a tire . I couldn’t believe it. Someone said Thay dont get to work till 9 or so . So why did the appt . Person told me to come in at 7 or 8 I said 8 am and know one fix a tire leak till 9:40 am I had other appt . To get to o

I notified them that my Highlander drops my hands free calls. They informed me that they did a software update and the technician tested the connections. The first call that I had after the service disconnected after 5 minutes. In a state where you must use a hands free devices this has become difficult in my Highlander. I own a Toyota Camry and I also rent Toyota’s when I am traveling and I never experience problems with them so it is not my phone. I was informed that I would have to set up a new service appointment to address the problem.
